Every GPS needs one simple thing before it can guide you anywhere: a starting point. Without it, the destination doesn’t matter because the route can’t be calculated. The same is true for our church. We know God is calling New Design Church to be a people who are ENGAGED in the worship of God, EMPOWERED to live by grace, and EQUIPPED to serve others. That’s the destination He has placed in front of us.

But before we can move forward with clarity and unity, we need to understand where we are today. The PEAK Profile will help us.

The PEAK Profile is a C&MA assessment tool designed to help prepare our church for Kingdom advancement. Rooted in Acts 1:8, this process will help us evaluate nine essential elements of a healthy, advancing church, including spiritual leadership, discipleship, missions focus, and effective organization.

Starting March 15, the survey will be available for everyone who calls New Design Church home, and we are asking everyone to participate. The more voices we hear from, the clearer picture we will have of our strengths, opportunities, and the direction God is leading us together.

We believe God is preparing something meaningful and transformative for New Design Church, and we look forward to stepping into that future together.
